Musicians from FOLK ‘ROUND ‘ERE will perform songs, tunes and poetry inspired by Jack Gale’s play “Tiddy Mun’” a historical drama named after the mythical creature who lived in the North Lincolnshire bogs and was upset when the Dutch engineers drained his land. Believed to be 3 feet high, with a long white beard and long white hair, people called for his help by saying:
“Tiddy Mun w’out a name, here’s watter for thee, tak tha spell undone.”
